The rear of three well-appointed townhouses, our Modern Mosgiel Sanctuary boasts a gloriously sunny aspect, fenced section, small courtyard with outdoor lounge furniture for those balmy Mosgiel summer days and easy indoor/outdoor flow. It is situated within walking distance of the supermarket, RSA, bowls club, boutique retail shops and cafes. It is also only a short commute to Central Dunedin, the hospital a mere 15-minute drive away.

The interior of the home is sunny and inviting, with open-plan kitchen, dining and living space opening to the garden. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, walk-in pantry and breakfast-bar area. There are three spacious bedrooms, the master enjoying ensuite access to the bathroom, and a separate loo. The master bedroom also offers a luxurious king-size Tempur adjustable bed so you can relax or recuperate in style. There are also two queen beds.

There is a single garage with internal access and one off-street park outside the unit. The laundry, complete with washer, dryer and suptertub is housed in the garage area.
