We do recommend you purchase travel insurance so that you are protected if the unexpected happens and you are forced to change your travel plans.
Upon confirmation a 30% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
You may cancel your reservation and receive a full refund if more than 7 days notice is provided.
If less than 7 days notice is given the full cost of the accommodation will be charged.
We accept credit card payments via Visa and Mastercard. A processing fee of 2.8% is charged on all credit card transactions. Deposits must be paid via credit card and we will contact you to obtain credit card details and securely process your payment. Should you wish to change your booking dates, please contact us and we will endeavour to assist. Note that deposits are non-refundable on confirmation and we cannot guarantee changes to your booking if made within 21 days of your booking date.
