A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total booking price is required to confirm your reservation, where the booking is made more than 21 days in advance of your arrival. Bookings made within 21 days of your arrival require full payment at the time of booking. Cancellations within 21 days of your stay will incur the total accommodation cost. We do recommend you purchase travel insurance so that you are protected if the unexpected happens and you are forced to change your travel plans.
We accept credit card payments via Visa and Mastercard. A processing fee of 2.8% is charged on all credit card transactions. Deposits must be paid via credit card and we will contact you to obtain credit card details and securely process your payment.
