A pretty outdoor spot under the porch to enjoy the sun and put your feet up. There is a car port or plenty of street parking in the area.

The property is a 5 minute drive to the Mornington Shopping area and the Children's play park. Make sure you pop into Tasse Cafe for a fab cinnamon scone and over to Mornington Kitchen for a lovely dinner with views of the city. There is also the world famous Patti's & Cream ice cream shop which is a favorite!! Only a 5 minute drive to the City Centre and some more fabulous spots to visit!
