Escape to our peaceful Kiwi Bach in picturesque Karitane for a relaxing family getaway! Our spacious home features three bedrooms, comfortably sleeping eight guests. One bedroom is a bunk room with three sets of bunks, two of the bunks are shorter for children, so this creates an option of ten guests, if two are children. An open-plan living area, a sun-drenched deck, and an expansive lawn. It's just a short walk to the beach for sand and surf, and a children's playground is conveniently located nearby.

Karitane is a charming coastal village, only 35 minutes north of Dunedin city. It's known for its beautiful beach, rich Māori history, and historic fishing village feel—plenty of outdoor activities at your doorstep, including surfing, kayaking, paddleboarding, and fishing. Scenic walking tracks, like the Huiawa Peninsula track, offer breathtaking views and opportunities to observe local wildlife.

The property also serves as an excellent base for exploring Dunedin, which is just a 30-40 minute drive away. Dunedin offers a unique blend of heritage and nature, with attractions such as Larnach Castle, the Toitū Otago Settlers Museum, scenic Tunnel Beach, the Royal Albatross Centre, and exciting events at Forsyth Barr Stadium.
