Enjoying stunning city, sea and harbour views from the decks on levels one and two, this home will appeal to those seeking a quiet spot from which to relax, as well as those visiting the city with a full itinerary.

The home boasts a large open-plan living space including games area with pool table, modern kitchen, dining area and a comfortable lounge space with gas fire and large flat-screen TV. This area opens to the main deck with those magnificent views.

There are three spacious bedrooms over the three levels. On the top floor is the master with ensuite, wardrobe and access to the top deck. Imagine waking up to that view! On the main living level is a second bedroom with wardrobe space and the main bathroom, as well as a second WC. The third bedroom is located at entry level. Access to the bedrooms is determined by the size of your group and unused rooms will be closed-off to ensure the home is easy to heat and best suits your circumstances.
